Stage 1

1) Upon the confirmation of specifications for the Edel putters, golfer is supposed to submit their score of at least two rounds of 18 holes within 4 weeks. Detailed statistics must be updated via wizcaddy and minimally include the number of putts for every hole.

Stage 2

2) Upon receiving the Edel putter (usually 4 weeks from order confirmation), golfer is to arrange for a 3 hours session on a practice green for the AimPoint class. The responsibility is on the golfer to make the arrangement with a course that allow us to use the green and the instructions.

3) After this session, the golfer is to play and record at least 5 more rounds of game. This should be done over a period of 3 months.

4) At this point in time, if the putting statistic did not improve, we will then check aim and speed again. We will spend another 1.5 hours with the golfer to refresh the AimPoint knowledge and also to check if the golfer is applying the knowledge correctly. If there is improvement, no further engagement is required. Congratulation!

Stage 3

5) After the refresher, the golfer will then play and record another two rounds of game within the next 1-2 months. If there is no improvement, the golfer can choose to return the Edel putter and be refunded the cost of the Edel putter.
